Let us explain the steps we go through when you engage Fabulous Finds for your estate sale:
- First we meet at the residence or proposed location of the sale and assess the potential liquidation down to specific items to be included. At this point, the client has decided and removed all items from the site prior to signing a contract if possible.
- Next, if both parties agree to an estate sale partnership, we execute a mutually agreed upon contract, and set the date or dates of the sale.
- Fabulous Finds will need some time to prepare for the sale at the location, which may take anywhere from several days to several weeks prior to the sale, depending on the size of the residence or business . During this time, I and my associates will do many things to prepare including, moving and rearranging furniture, staging items to be sold such as arranging china and crystal or organizing tools in the garage. We want to create an appealing sales environment throughout your property.
- While this preparation is going on, we will be pricing the items for sale.
- During the sale, which is usually two to four days and over a weekend, Rochelle and several associates are on hand to manage the sale and assist customers.
- Compensation is calculated and distributed to the owners per the terms in the signed agreement.
