"Imagine having a week notice before moving from Atlanta to Southwest Florida and leaving your wife behind in Atlanta for five weeks to prepare for an estate sale and prep to move. Difficult, not fun, and hard to plan. That is why Fabulous Finds stepped in to take over. Having been in the U.S. Navy for 31 years, we had rare pieces from around the world, including hand made mahogany furniture from Honduras, a Mayan vase circa 1250, and a British pub originally valued at $9,000; not to mention a house full of everything else we all have tucked away.
Rochelle and her husband, Tom, immediately began taking photos and researching values. Large piles of clothing and old dishes were no longer worthless. Their next step was advertising on the web and contacting their regular buyers. Every item in our house was then electronically priced to prevent errors and provide us a final accounting after the sale. All of our issues were then personally addressed. Were the prices correct? How about items not for sale? What items would not be reduced on the third day? How was everything going to be protected?
